  • Purchased tickets must be returned or changed 2 hours before the start of the movie and only if there is a cash register receipt
  • Reserved tickets can be purchased 20 minutes before the start of the movie, otherwise the reservation will be considered invalid
  • Admission is free for a child under 5 years old, for two children must be purchased one ticket.
  • Special offers in "Moscow" cinema do not apply on holidays.
  • It is strictly forbidden to enter the cinema halls with food or drink bought from other places.
  • During the movie screening the sound of cell phones must be turned off.
  • The 3D glasses must be returned after the 3D movie is finished.  In case of damage or loss there is a fine of 20,000 AMD.
  • The employees of the cinema have the right to invite people out of the hall who have violated the above-mentioned rules.
  • Purchased food and drink are not able to replace and return.
  • Smoking cigarettes, e-cigarettes and IQOS are prohibited in the territory of "Moscow" cinema.
  • You can buy online tickets from www.moscowcinema.com, www.tomsarkgh.am websites, but to book is not possible. The spacial offers of the cinema are not combined when buying e-tickets.
  • Purchased e-tickets are able to return or change 2 hours before the start of the movie only if you have a ticket.
  • The management of "Moscow" cinema is not responsible for lost or missing of a personal belongings.
